Hot-Dip Galvanizing Service
Our hot-dip galvanizing service adopts a standardized and strictly controlled production process to provide long-lasting corrosion protection for steel pipes. The steel pipes are first subjected to surface preparation processes including degreasing, pickling, and fluxing to ensure complete removal of oil, rust, and oxide scale.After proper drying, the pipes are fully immersed in molten zinc at a controlled temperature, forming a dense zinc-iron alloy layer metallurgically bonded to the steel substrate, followed by a pure zinc outer layer.Available as customer-supplied material processing or we can supply galvanized steel pipes directly from our inventory.
Anti-Corrosion Coating Service
Our advanced anti-corrosion service employs state-of-the-art 3LPE and 3PP coating technologies to provide superior protection for steel pipes in extreme environments. The 3LPE system consists of a primer, an intermediate adhesive layer, and an outer PE layer.The 3PP system features a similar structure but utilizes a PP outer layer, making it exceptionally suitable for high-temperature applications up to 110°C. Both processes begin with rigorous surface preparation and heating, followed by electrostatic powder spraying and precision extrusion wrapping.Available as customer-supplied material processing or we can provide complete coated pipe solutions from our product range.
