Flat Bar
- Our flat steel bars are produced from premium carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. Strict rolling processes ensure outstanding flatness, straightness and good weldability. Benefiting from precise dimensional tolerance and neat surface condition, these flat bars enjoy broad applications in construction, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding, bridge parts, metal frameworks and all kinds of metal fabrication. We can provide custom widths, thicknesses and different surface treatments. All products comply with common international standards to satisfy varied engineering and processing demands from global clients.
Certified
All flat steel bars are supplied with complete factory test certificates covering chemical composition, tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, hardness, flatness and surface inspection. Our products comply with ISO, ASTM, EN, DIN and JIS standards. EN 10204 3.1/3.2 mill certificates and third-party inspection documents are available on request, enabling full quality traceability for worldwide buyers.
Application
Flat steel bars are versatile semi-finished steel products widely used in construction, machinery and metal fabrication industries.
In building construction, they are used as structural supports, wall beams, lintel bars, foundation components, stair components and steel frame parts. Their flat section provides good bearing performance and is easy to cut, drill and weld on site.
In the machinery industry, flat steel bars are used to manufacture equipment frames, base plates, brackets, tool guides, conveyor components and machine tool structures. They are suitable for applications requiring high straightness and stable load transfer.
The transportation and logistics sectors use flat bars for trailer frames, truck body parts, container components and railway auxiliary structures. Stainless steel flat bars are also widely selected for food processing, pharmaceutical, marine and chemical equipment due to their good corrosion resistance and easy-clean surface.
In metal fabrication, flat steel bars are commonly processed into hinges, brackets, flanges, gates, grilles, guardrails and decorative structural elements.
