Nipple
- Our threaded pipe nipples are machined from premium carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel bar & pipe, with precise full/half external threads on both ends. Types include close nipple, short nipple, long nipple, hex nipple. High dimensional accuracy ensures tight thread connection without leakage. Strict full-process inspection guarantees stable mechanical performance. Widely used in oil & gas, petrochemical, power, marine, water treatment and small-bore plumbing piping systems.
Certified:
All nipples are equipped with complete factory test reports covering chemical composition, mechanical properties, thread dimensional inspection, NDT and air tightness test. Products comply with ISO, ASTM, ASME, DIN, EN and JIS standards. Material mill certificates EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2, third-party inspection certificates and full shipping documents can be provided on request to realize full quality traceability for global industrial buyers.
Application:
Nipples are short straight threaded pipe connectors used to link small-bore valves, gauges, fittings and pipeline segments in all industrial piping systems. In oil & gas transmission, they connect pressure gauges, sampling ports and small branch pipelines under high temperature and pressure. Petrochemical plants adopt anti-corrosion nipples for instrument pipelines connected to reactors and storage tanks carrying corrosive media. Thermal and nuclear power stations use high-temperature resistant nipples for boiler auxiliary instrument and drain pipelines to sustain long-term severe working environments. Marine and offshore engineering utilizes seawater-resistant nipples for fuel, ballast and fire-fighting instrument pipelines on vessels and platforms. Water treatment and desalination projects equip small-size nipples for pump sensor and filter matching pipelines. In construction, nipples are widely installed in HVAC, fire protection and plumbing systems for quick short-distance pipe connection. Sanitary stainless steel nipples are used in food and pharmaceutical production lines to meet high hygiene standards without medium contamination.
