All gaskets are supplied with complete factory test reports including raw material composition, compression resilience, dimensional check, high temperature resistance and air tightness test. Products comply with ISO, ASTM, ASME, DIN, EN and JIS standards. Material mill certificates EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2, third-party inspection certificates and full shipping documents can be provided on request to achieve full quality traceability for global industrial buyers.

 

Application:

Gaskets are core sealing components installed between flange joints of all industrial piping systems to prevent medium leakage. In oil & gas transmission, they seal flange connections under high temperature and pressure for crude oil and natural gas delivery. Petrochemical facilities adopt anti-corrosion composite gaskets to seal pipelines connected to reactors, storage tanks and corrosive medium delivery pipelines.

Thermal and nuclear power plants use high-temperature resistant spiral wound gaskets for boiler and steam pipeline flange sealing to sustain long-term extreme working environments. Marine and offshore projects adopt seawater resistant metal gaskets for fuel, ballast and fire-fighting pipe flange joints on ships and platforms.
