Bend

Our pipe bends are hot bent or cold formed from premium carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, with excellent pressure resistance and anti-corrosion performance. Available in various radiations: long radius, short radius, custom bend degrees. Precision CNC processing ensures smooth inner wall and low flow loss. Strict full-process quality control guarantees accurate size and stable mechanical performance. Widely applied in oil & gas, petrochemical, power, marine, water treatment and construction piping systems.
Product Information

Certified:

All bends are supplied with complete factory test reports including chemical composition, mechanical property, dimensional check, NDT and hydrostatic test. Products comply with ISO, ASTM, ASME, DIN, EN and JIS standards. Material mill certificates EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2, third-party inspection certificates and full shipping documents can be provided on request to achieve full quality traceability for global industrial buyers.

Application:

Bends are essential curved pipeline fittings to change pipeline running direction in all industrial piping systems. In oil & gas transportation, they adjust pipeline layout under high temperature and high pressure for crude oil and natural gas transmission. Petrochemical plants adopt corrosion-resistant bends to turn pipelines connected with reactors, storage tanks and corrosive medium delivery pipelines.

Thermal and nuclear power stations use high temperature resistant bends for boiler circulation and steam pipeline steering to bear long-term extreme operating conditions. Marine and offshore projects adopt seawater resistant bends for fuel, ballast and fire-fighting pipeline turning on ships and platforms. Water treatment and desalination projects adopt large-size bends for pump and filter pipeline layout adjustment. In construction, bends are widely used in HVAC, fire protection and plumbing systems for convenient maintenance and pipeline arrangement. Sanitary stainless steel bends are used in food and pharmaceutical workshops to meet strict hygiene requirements without medium contamination.
