Tee
- Our pipe tees are forged or hot extruded from premium carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, featuring stable high-pressure sealing and strong corrosion resistance. Available in equal tee, reducing tee, straight and branch types. Precision CNC machining ensures smooth inner bore and low flow resistance. Strict full-process quality control guarantees precise dimensions and reliable mechanical performance. Widely used in oil & gas, petrochemical, power, marine, water treatment and construction piping systems.
Certified:
All tees are supplied with complete factory test reports including chemical composition, mechanical property, dimensional check, NDT and hydrostatic test. Products comply with ISO, ASTM, ASME, DIN, EN and JIS standards. Material mill certificates EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2, third-party inspection certificates and full shipping documents can be provided on request to achieve full quality traceability for global industrial buyers.
Application:
Tees are critical three-way branch fittings for all industrial piping systems. In oil & gas transportation, they split and converge pipelines under high temperature and pressure for crude oil and natural gas delivery.
Petrochemical facilities adopt anti-corrosion tees to branch pipelines connected to reactors, storage tanks and corrosive medium delivery lines.
Thermal and nuclear power plants use high-temperature resistant tees for boiler circulation and steam pipe branch connections to sustain long-term extreme working environments. Marine and offshore projects apply seawater-resistant tees for fuel, ballast and fire-fighting pipe branches on ships and platforms. Water treatment and desalination plants match large-size tees for pump and filter pipeline distribution. In construction, tees are widely installed in HVAC, fire protection and plumbing systems for easy overhaul and pipe layout adjustment. Sanitary stainless steel tees are adopted in food and pharmaceutical workshops to meet strict hygiene standards without medium contamination.
