Flange

Our flanges are manufactured from high-quality forged carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, offering reliable sealing performance under high pressure, high temperature, and corrosive conditions. Available in multiple types including weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld, and threaded flanges. Precision machined surfaces ensure leak-proof connections for piping systems. Strict quality control from raw material to finished product guarantees dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties. Widely used in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, shipbuilding, water treatment, and construction industries.
Product Information

Certified:

All flanges are fully certified with complete factory test certificates, including chemical composition, mechanical property, dimensional inspection, NDT and hydrostatic test reports. Compliant with ISO, ASTM, ASME, DIN, EN, JIS standards. Material mill certificates EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 third-party inspection certifications and shipping documents are provided upon request to guarantee reliable quality traceability for global industrial clients.

Application:

Flanges are core connecting parts for piping systems and serve multiple industries.

In oil & gas, they link pipes, valves and equipment under high pressure and temperature to safely deliver crude oil, natural gas and refined fuels. Petrochemical plants depend on leak-proof, anti-corrosion flanges to connect reactors, heat exchangers and tanks for harsh chemical transport.

For power plants, flanges join boilers, steam pipes and turbines. Both thermal and nuclear power sectors require high-stability flanges to endure extreme working conditions long-term.

Marine and shipbuilding fields use seawater-resistant flanges for propulsion, fuel and fire-fighting pipelines on ships and offshore platforms. Water treatment and desalination facilities adopt flanges for large pipelines and pumps to avoid leakage. In construction, they fit HVAC, fire control and plumbing systems for convenient maintenance.

Sanitary stainless steel flanges are applied in food and pharmaceutical factories, complying with strict hygiene rules to prevent product contamination.
