Coil

Our coils are rolled from premium carbon, alloy and stainless steel, featuring uniform thickness, smooth surface and stable mechanical performance. Available in hot rolled, cold rolled and galvanized types with customized width & thickness. Strict rolling and annealing treatment guarantees flatness and ductility. Pass full lab tests to meet global standards. Widely used in machinery, construction, auto, pressure vessel, pipeline and metal processing industries.
Product Information

Certified

All coils come with complete factory test certificates covering chemical composition, tensile test, hardness, flatness and surface inspection. Comply with ISO, ASTM, EN, DIN, JIS standards. EN 10204 3.1/3.2 mill certificates and third-party inspection documents are available on request, enabling full quality traceability for worldwide buyers.

Application

Steel coils are fundamental raw materials for all metal manufacturing sectors. In construction, HR & CR coils are processed into steel plates, structural frames, guardrails and roofing panels for buildings, bridges and infrastructure. Automotive industry uses galvanized and stainless coils to produce car body shells, chassis parts and anti-corrosion vehicle components. Pressure vessel and pipeline factories adopt high-strength alloy coils to fabricate storage tanks and transport pipes for oil, gas and chemical media. Mechanical processing relies on ductile steel coils for stamping, cutting and bending machine parts. Galvanized coils are popular for outdoor ventilation ducts, water pipes and electrical cabinets with superior rust resistance. Food, pharmaceutical and marine industries select sanitary stainless coils to make corrosion-resistant equipment and seawater-proof structures, meeting strict anti-pollution and anti-oxidation requirements.
