H Section

Hot rolled wide flange H beams including HW, HM and HN series range from 100×100mm to 900×300mm, supplied in grades A36, S235JR, SS400 and Q355B to meet diverse international engineering specifications. These H beams feature high rigidity and relatively light self-weight, achieving outstanding load-bearing efficiency. Full UT ultrasonic inspection is carried out to ensure internal quality free from defects. They are extensively adopted for high-rise building columns, bridge girders, large factory steel frames and main beams of port cranes. With stable dimensional precision and reliable mechanical performance, they serve as ideal structural components for large-scale construction, infrastructure and heavy industrial projects.
Product Information

Certified

Full EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates including chemical, tensile, bending, hardness and UT flaw reports. Comply with ASTM A992, EN 10034, GB/T 11263. Support SGS/BV third-party inspection, full heat number traceability for large engineering projects.

Application

H beam is high-efficiency wide flange primary load-bearing member for heavy steel structures. Civil engineering widely uses H beam as high-rise building load columns, factory main beams and large-span roof girders. Low carbon grades have excellent seismic performance for general steel workshops; Q355B H beam bears huge static & dynamic loads for super high rises and long-span bridges. Bridge construction adopts H beam as main girders and support columns, with painting/galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment to extend service life outdoors. Energy and logistics industries apply H beam for power plant frames and gantry crane main beams. Custom cutting, drilling and blasting processing are available for customized structural materials.
